Mark Britto (Chairman) CEO, INGENIO

Mark Britto is Ingenio's CEO and President. Mark joined Ingenio from
Amazon.com, where, as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Services and Sales,
he was responsible for Business and Corporate Development, and Sales. Mark
joined Amazon.com in June 1999 as part of the acquisition of Accept.com,
which he co-founded in October 1998. From 1994 to 1998, Mark was Executive
Vice President of Credit at FirstUSA Bank where he was reponsible for
Credit Policy and Operations for the second largest credit card issuer in
the world. Before FirstUSA Bank, Mark was Senior Vice President of Consumer
Risk Management at NationsBank (now Bank of America). Mark received an M.S.
in Operations Research and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations
from the University of California at Berkeley.
Steve Blasnik PRESIDENT, PEROT INVESTMENTS

Steve Blasnik is President of Perot Investments, Inc., a private investment firm affiliated with
Ross Perot. Mr. Blasnik also serves as President of Parkcentral Capital Management LP, an investment
firm controlled by the Perot Family Trust and serves on the board of Perot Systems.
Dan Levitan MANAGING PARTNER, MAVERON LLC

Dan Levitan co-founded Maveron in 1998, bringing a wealth of experience in the retail, consumer and
financial sectors. Prior to founding Maveron, Levitan was a Managing Director at Schroders. At Schroders,
he headed consumer investment banking, new business development and founded the West Coast investment
banking division. Levitan met Howard Schultz in 1991, when Starbucks began planning for its IPO.
Levitan has acted as a consultant to numerous private, public and philanthropic organizations, including
Duke University's Trinity College of Arts & Sciences Board of Visitors, The Rock Center for
Entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School and Pilchuck Glass School.
Levitan is a graduate of Horace Mann School, Duke University and Harvard Business School.
Stuart J. Rabin
CEO JACOBSON FAMILY INVESTMENTS AND NINE THIRTY CAPITAL

Stuart J. Rabin is the President and CEO of Jacobson Family Investments, Inc. (JFI), a diversified
family investment company, and Nine Thirty Capital, a registered investment advisor. Previously,
Rabin was employed by a New York based hedge fund, Morgan Stanley Asset Management, and Bear Stearns
& Co. Earlier in his career, Rabin practiced law for the New York law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate,
Meagher & Flom and with the Washington, D.C. law firm Verner, Liipfert, Bernard, McPherson & Hand.
In addition to serving as Chairman of Internet REIT, Rabin is also a director of other private
companies and serves as an advisor to several hedge funds. He is involved in various charitable
causes including as a member of the Columbia Presbyterian Health Sciences Advisory Council and as
the co-chair of the Council's Neurosciences Committee. He is also a member of the Wharton Global
Family Alliance Research Council of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Rabin graduated with honors from Georgetown University and from the Georgetown University Law Center.
He received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Craig Snyder CEO, IREIT

Craig brings over twenty years of leadership, banking and corporate development success in
multiple industries to iREIT. Prior to joining iREIT, Snyder was an executive vice president
at Marchex, where he had leadership responsibility for the Marchex search marketing business
units, including TrafficLeader, Enhance Interactive and goClick.
Prior to Marchex, Craig had leadership roles at both InfoSpace and Go2Net. He was vice president
of business development and sales at InfoSpace. Prior to InfoSpace, Craig was at Go2Net. During
this time, Go2Net grew from number 88 to number 9 on comScore Media Metrix rankings.
Craig also spent four years at Citibank, in New York City, where as Managing Director of Citibank
Private Bank he led a private banking team in managing over $6 billion in assets. Craig's early
business career also includes roles at Pepsi Cola where he served as a Territory Manager. Previous
to Pepsi Cola, Craig served seven years of active duty as an officer in the United States Navy.
Snyder holds an MBA in Finance from National University and is a graduate of the United States
Naval Academy.
Marc Ostrofsky CO-FOUNDER, MULTIMEDIA VENTURE PARTNERS

Marc Ostrofsky is a co-founder of Internet REIT and President of MultiMedia Venture Partners.
Marc is an investor and board member of a number of internet companies including iREIT, Blinds.com,
a $40 million company selling window coverings on the Internet, and Cufflinks.com one of the largest
companies in the cufflink market with a leading online retail storefront. Ostrofsky is well-known
in the domain name industry for selling Business.com in 1999 for the record-breaking price of $7.5
million. An Inc 500 award winner, Ostrofsky is a technology and Internet evangelist, a researcher
in various Internet and telecom sectors and has an upcoming book Get Rich Click scheduled for
release in late 2006.
Prior to his work in the domain industry, Ostrofsky created, built and sold two publishing and
trade show firms (Information Publishing Corporation and Multimedia Publishing Corporation).
Ostrofsky also founded and sold four high-tech, Internet and telecom magazines and more than
ten trade shows and conventions, including idNames.com, an international domain name registration
service that was sold to and is now a $30 million division of Verisign.
Ostrofsky is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
Fred Singer

Fred Singer has been an industry pioneer in the Internet field for over a decade, working with
SoftBank, Yahoo! BB, America Online and the Washington Post Company. Mr. Singer has a specific
expertise in scaling emerging technologies and businesses on the Internet. Prior to joining
SoftBank Capital, Mr. Singer worked at America Online from 1996 to 2002 as a Senior Vice
President at many of the company's operating divisions including AOL Studios (Content),
ICQ (Instant Messaging) and Emerging Products, which worked on several new product categories
ranging from small business, music, eCommerce and directories. Mr. Singer was one of the
early Internet pioneers, starting his career at the Washington Post Company in 1992 where
he was a founder and headed business operations for the Washington Post Online Service
(now WashingtonPost.com) until 1995. He was also formerly a Strategy Consultant at Bain &
Company in Boston. Mr. Singer serves on the boards of the Motley Fool Company, Claria Corporation,
Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts (International Committee) and Upper Canada College.
He has an MBA from Harvard and a LLB, MA Philosophy, BA Philosophy with Distinction and B.
