Craig Snyder CEO
Craig brings over twenty years of leadership, banking and corporate development success in
multiple industries to iREIT. Prior to joining iREIT, Snyder was an executive vice president
at Marchex, where he had leadership responsibility for the Marchex search marketing business
units, including TrafficLeader, Enhance Interactive and goClick.
Prior to Marchex, Craig had leadership roles at both InfoSpace and Go2Net. He was vice president
of business development and sales at InfoSpace. Prior to InfoSpace, Craig was at Go2Net. During
this time, Go2Net grew from number 88 to number 9 on comScore Media Metrix rankings.
Craig also spent four years at Citibank, in New York City, where as Managing Director of Citibank
Private Bank he led a private banking team in managing over $6 billion in assets. Craig's early
business career also includes roles at Pepsi Cola where he served as a Territory Manager. Previous
to Pepsi Cola, Craig served seven years of active duty as an officer in the United States Navy.
Snyder holds an MBA in Finance from National University and is a graduate of the United States
Naval Academy.
Greg Sundberg COO
Greg is responsible for product development initiatives. He brings to Internet REIT more than twenty years of experience in developing market and product strategy, operations infrastructure, and leading sales organizations.
Greg’s media experience spans online, mobile and television environments. Most recently he was Senior Director of Business Intelligence at Infospace, responsible for market and operational planning, as well as consumer research and analytics driving product development for mobile search, Web search, and private label Web search products used by over 50 million active consumers. The current Web product offering was named the #1 search engine in customer satisfaction by J.D. Power and Associates for the second year in a row, and the mobile search product was deployed on major mobile carriers across the U.S. and Europe. Previous roles include senior leadership positions as Director of Market and Product Strategy and National Sales Director at Infospace, as well as sales and management positions with Go2Net and Tribune.
Greg holds B.A. degrees in Business Administration and Communications from Washington State University.
Drake Harvey CTO
As Chief Technology Officer at Internet REIT, Drake Harvey is accountable for the technical infrastructure and is responsible for the engineering, implementation and operation of new technologies. Harvey brings extensive experience in both telecommunications operations and engineering. Most recently, Harvey spent 10 years with Level3 Communications (Formerly Broadwing Communications) with responsibility for a nationwide network supporting voice, data and internet services for Fortune 500 companies.
Prior experiences include deployment and operational responsibilities for large, leading edge data centers and industry leading technology roll-outs. Harvey brings a proven track record of organizational turn around and stabilization.
Harvey has a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance from University of Delaware.
Lisa Box VP DOMAIN SALES
Lisa Box brings over 10 years of sales and marketing experience to iREIT. Prior to joining
iREIT, Box served in sales management at SiteStuff, the largest e-procurement company in
commercial real estate. At SiteStuff, Lisa was responsible for new client acquisition,
account management, marketing, new market expansion and alternative revenue streams. Lisa
was also responsible for Fortune 500 clients including ABM Industries, CB Richard Ellis,
Jones Lang LaSalle, Otis Elevator, Wells Fargo & Company, TruGreen Landcare and many
others. Prior to SiteStuff, Lisa led the database marketing effort for Trilogy Software.
Lisa also served as an Account Manager and Media Buyer with Hancock Advertising Agency,
a specialty business-to-business marketing agency.
Lisa received her M.B.A and B.B.A in marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University.
John Brock GENERAL COUNSEL
John Brock has spent the past decade serving as both in-house and outside counsel to private
high-growth and public companies. His practice has focused primarily on the areas of corporate
governance, finance, securities and mergers and acquisitions. John previously served as the
General Counsel and Vice President of Finance to Netster.com before its acquisition by iREIT.
Prior to joining Netster.com, John practiced with the law firm of Hunton & Williams LLP. |
