Craig Snyder Joins Internet REIT As New COO

Exec Rounds Out All-Star Management Team at Fast-Growing Internet Media Company
HOUSTON, September 29, 2006 - Internet REIT (iREIT), a leader in direct search and Internet
advertising, today announced that Craig Snyder has joined the company as its new chief
operating officer. Snyder brings over twenty years of leadership, operations and business
development success in multiple industries to iREIT, including senior roles at Marchex,
InfoSpace, Citibank, Pepsi Cola and the United States Navy.
Snyder joins iREIT from Marchex, where as executive vice president of business development,
he had primary responsibility for the Enhance, TrafficLeader and goClick business areas.
During his time at Marchex, Snyder completed the successful integration of the Enhance,
TrafficLeader and goClick entities and contributed to the meaningful growth in these businesses.
Prior to Marchex, Snyder was vice president of business development and sales at InfoSpace.
During his time at InfoSpace, Snyder was responsible for integrating and monetizing many of the
Web's top destination sites, securing distribution deals for Infospace directories and growing
the company's broadband channel.
Snyder also spent four years at Citibank, where as Managing Director of Citibank Private Bank
he led a private banking team in managing over $6 billion in assets for high net-worth
individuals, partnerships, and corporations. Prior to this role, Snyder managed three
regional financial centers for Citibank and spearheaded Citibank's online banking initiative
as the first test market in the U.S.
Snyder's early business career also includes territory and sales management at Pepsi Cola,
where he was responsible for the operations and financial performance of 68 Pepsi Cola-owned
restaurants with over 1,200 employees. Snyder is also a decorated Officer of the United States
Navy, where he served for six years.
